3. Wait for Return Authorization

• The correct return address

Do not return the item until you receive the authorization email.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Pack the Item Securely
To avoid damage during transit:
• Use the original packaging if possible
• Ensure all accessories, cables, manuals, and parts are included
• Place the RA Number clearly inside the package or on the shipping label
• Seal the package securely with tape

5. Ship the Item Back

✔ Drop the package at the indicated shipping carrier
If return shipping is your responsibility:
